Gain experience in the Medical Field

Hi there! Do you know what can I do to gain experience in the medical field? I am 16 years old, almost 17.
I am new in Manchester, England.
I searched on the internet and found Hospital summer work experience, medicine programmes…, but not in Manchester, or maybe I didn't search well, lol.
Anyoneee has an idea!!??? I have emailed many hospitals for shadowing a doctor. Any other way to gain experience?

You can gain experience through volunteering. It can be in anything because you would still gain skills, but volunteering at a care home/hospice/hospital/specialschool is even better for medicine. You can also do online work experience like medic mentor. If you can you could also look at St Johns Ambulance if they have anything.
