RT-qPCR Data Analysis Using Anova

Hi,

For my undergraduate project, I've generated results for qPCR and have used the deltaCt method to analyse the data and I'm confused on how to begin my statistical analysis.
I don't know if I'm meant to use the deltaCt values or the ddCt values because I have first tested in two conditions injured and uninjured but I also have different primers for those conditions, so initially I thought I would calculate the ddCt for the one primer and then compare with all the primers when doing ANOVA but I'm confused on what data I would input and what it would actually show me.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

This is very specialised and I would suggest asking your supervisor for support.
