Imperial or Manny met

I have just received my imperial offer for chemistry but had MMU offer from 2 months ago

Not sure whether to firm MMU or imperial as I’ve heard that imperial is too theoretical
And Manchester is my fav city in the whole entire world

Ummmmmmm why would you put imperial and Manchester MET in the same sentence. If you wanna be successful go to imperial

Hey! Current Imperial Chem student here in my final year! I wouldn’t say ICL is too theoretical, there is a good balance of theory and putting into practice (plenty of lab time in all years, increasing with each year). I’ve grown to enjoy the course so much more as I’ve progressed through it. Imperial has great links to industry and it’s helped me develop my practical skills

Hey!

Congratulations on your offers.

Manchester is also my favourite city in the entire world 🥰🥳

We have a current chemistry student on our chat platform so might be worth getting in touch with them to talk about the degree and life at Manchester Met as a chemistry student. Might help you get more of an idea on what to expect and allow you to make an informed decision. You can access the chat here.

You're also welcome to ask any questions you may have on here or by contacting our Course Enquiries team: [email protected] or (0)161 247 6969.

Hope this helps and good luck!
Mel 😊
