Tenancy Takeover - Exeter - female only - 145p/w

Hi

I have a contract until the 21st of June, 2025. I am planning on moving out at the start of April and hope to find someone to replace be in the three remaining months. It is only 144.90 p/w and I would prefer someone willing to move in after April 17th(because of contract issues)

It is a single room with a single bed, self-catered. There is a communal kitchen and living room, not to mention 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. It is only 20 minutes from the Streatham campus and from the city center as well. The St.Davids Station can be reached in less than 3 minutes and can be seen from the window.

It is an accomodation of the University of Exeter so there are a few requirements:
- Be a University of Exeter student who is currently registered with the University
- Have a course end date which is after the end of the contract period
- Not already be contracted to another room in University accommodation
- Be a female as it is a single gender flat.

The house will be mostly empty as most tenants are from England and will be going back to their own houses.
