Sfe is stressing me out

Good morning
I need help guys . So i recently reapplied for sfe for second year but when i opened my sfe account it said my first year last tuition payment was awaiting confirmation but blocked. I also noticed there was an emergency stop payment on my sfe account which wasn’t opening and also a new letter of entitlement which was blank and not opening as well. What does this mean because I sent everything to sfe I got sorted in February and now I’m receiving all these .

It sounds like your university may have told us you have left your course. We are unable to access accounts and I would advise you to contact us so we can look into this for you.
