Anyone living in Cardiff wales? Is there any sort of useful job experience I can get? I was thinking of studying medicine at Oxbridge and need good suggestions I want to start gaining job experience in June I am 16 btw. I want something that demonstrates my people skills and knowledge and compassion . Something slightly academic too.

Medical work experience, such as your local GP or big hospital if you can get it. If you can't find any, volunteering in somewhere like a care home is sufficient, but probably not for Oxbridge.
As well as this, you want to have volunteering in somewhere like a care home, but really anything you can find is good.
