Should I quit A-Levels due to ill health?

I have long covid, and I'm struggling with sixth form pretty badly. My attendance is 70%, and exams are pretty soon.

I take Applied Science, Criminology and English Language. I have a Merit prediction grade for science, B for crim and B for english (with my coursework being an A)

I'm struggling a lot with actually going in, I have CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and I wake up super late (waking up at like 9am), even though i have 4 alarms from 6:30 am till 7:30.

Should I just give up? My friends feel disconnected from me, and I acknowledge that it might just be me being lazy. I've been like this since year 10, and sat my GCSE's like this.

Hi,
I understand exactly how you feel. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and associated chronic fatigue. I am also taking my A-levels this year and am feeling a bit of pressure about my illness, I have a 75% attendance.
I think you are doing really well and you are so on track to achieve some amazing grades! If you can keep going, definitely do! There is such a positive outcome if you can manage it.
I totally understand that you may feel unable to cope and thats okay, you can always defer and resit a year!
But I think if you are able you should totally commit to doing them, the worst that happens is you dont get the grades you want and you reconsider after!
Good luck whatever you chose to do!
