Both these titles are far too vague and have no definite questions to answer. And you do not have time to survey 100s of Muslims for their opinions and attitudes - you are writing an extended essay, not starting a 4 year PhD.
More simple and definite - and doable - ideas :
What evidence is there that mainstream British attitudes to Ramadan celebrations have changed in the last 5 years.
Is the current definition of Islamophobia in the UK still appropriate.
Has the new King's attitude to multi-faith had a positive impact on British Muslims feelings of acceptance.
Do young British-born Muslims have a different sense of personal identity than older, overseas born generations.
Etc.
This is type of question is more realistic - especially if you limit it even further by making it only about your home town/city, or your own heritage-identity group. Just think - 'how am I going to research this' , 'what material is already out there for me to read', 'what is currently in the news, so that I know there will be material / opinion pieces available'. An EPQ is about gathering material, reading it, thinking about it and then writing an academic essay about what you have learnt, not just a stream of 'I think' type statements which is realistically all you could do with the two wobbly titles you have at the moment.
