Postgraduate Visa

Hello

I’m Spanish here on a one year student visa studied a PGCE modern and foreign languages.

My Visa expires in September.

You can only apply for the graduate Visa route once you have finished your class and received your results and then they let the home office know.

However, I plan to return to Spain for the month of August.

Looking online it says you must not leave the UK whilst you’re applying for the postgraduate Visa and also it can take up to 8 weeks.

So my question is, how does this work?

I have a teaching job lined up for September and I thought that I could just apply for the graduate viewer route go home during the summer and then start this job in September but I don’t understand how this can all be possible within a four week period when my course doesn’t finish until the 23rd of July

Has anybody had an experience of this?
