Why she always telling me that?!

Since a few times, my mom have telling me to look online and call sum mental health services for receiving help since I stay at home all day (I’m 23), is this really a sign of mental health, and why she telling me this now, cause before even in my adulthood, she never told me this?!

Mental Health could be considered a spectrum for people, everyone has it, it just depends on whether you feel good or bad. Yes, a common theme people consider is going out improves your mental health (which is true) but overall, doing what you like to do best increases your positive mental health. If you're just sat at home feeling miserable, it's a clear sign of bad mental health which in that case you should have someone to speak to about why you feel that way. Hope that helps
