Find universities you'd want to apply to and then check their websites. Some are based on UCAS points, e.g. Lincoln - they also accept A level equivalents such as BTECs, T Levels, etc. Some universities will specify a preference towards A levels over BTECs, but this isn't true for all. Exeter, for example, also accept BTECs and A levels.
Where you can find this is by looking up the course you want to do, (e.g. 'Exeter Law LLB') and finding the course website. Then find the entry requirements section. It should have everything there, including which qualifications they accept.

Hi there,
Many universities in the UK accept a combination of A Levels and BTECs for Law, so you definitely have options. Based on your subjects (A Level Sociology, Geography, and BTEC Applied Science), you should meet the entry requirements for several universities.
At The University of Law, the standard entry requirements for the LLB (Hons) Law degree are A Levels at BBB or a BTEC at DDM, with 120 UCAS Tariff points from three A Levels or equivalent. You’ll also need GCSE English Language at Grade C/4 or above. If you don’t quite meet these, they also offer a Foundation Year as an alternative entry route.
Other universities that typically accept a combination of A Levels and BTECs for Law include Nottingham Trent, Leicester, Essex, and Liverpool. Some Russell Group universities may have stricter subject requirements, so it's always best to check their admissions pages or contact them directly.
If you’re unsure, I’d recommend reaching out to university admissions teams to confirm if your specific combination is accepted. Hope this helps, and good luck with your application!
