Offer on hold?

Applied to the University of Bristol for law and they just put my ‘offer on hold’. Does anyone know what this means and have any UoB students been put on hold and then offered a place? I’ve seen some people receive law offers already

It means that they have assessed your application, ranked it alongside others but haven't reduced their offer level to that score threshold yet. Still plenty of time - and on-hold means 'still definitely in with a chance of an offer'. Application decisions | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol
