Ifor Evans Hall or Ramsay Hall

Hi, I'm going to be attending UCL for Philosophy and Economics in the fall and wanted to go for a catered accommodation so was considering Ifor Evans Hall and Ramsay Hall but am not sure which one I should go for. Can someone give me some information about that two (excluding the distance from the campus) as in how are the facilities, social life, surrounding areas etc. for each of these halls. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated!
