What do you mean by "best engineering degree to pursue in UK as per the job market there"? The one with the highest percentage of graduates in employment shortly after having graduated? The one with the best average starting salary, shortly after having graduated? The one with the best average peak salary (i.e. after many years, or decades, of working). Are you envisaging graduating from a highly-ranked UK university, or somewhere a bit more "mid table"?

the engineering course that will have a good ROI after graduating as I'm from from a middle class Indian family so even if I get a chance to get into one of the top uk universities, it's not possible for me to pay the high yearly fee of uni's in Uk so my primary target is NTU as the tuition fee is quite affordable.. and it's a bit near to my uncle's house who lives there in Loughborough .. and as my whole family is into business , I need some suggestions to guide me to get into the engineering course that will be helpful for me to get a good position there in the UK's job market ..

According to 10 Highest Paid Engineering Jobs in UK (2025 Salary Guide) you'd want to be studying Nuclear Engineering (not offered by Nottingham Trent, unfortunately) for the best paid engineering jobs, although Data Engineering comes a close second.

Top 15 Highest Paid Engineering Jobs in the UK agrees that the average salary in Nuclear Engineering is best, with Petroleum Engineering looking good too.

Do any of those careers hold any interest for you?
