Ucl Mechanical Engineering
I have recently got an offer from UCL for mechanical engineering. Upon research I have seen a few negative reviews regarding engineering and UCL however they are quite dated ( 5-6 years ago). I have also go an offer from Manchester but I would love to have the London life. UCL is also ranked 9th in world which I hope should help employability and I’m planning to maybe do masters in another uni.
What should I do. I really like the London life and UCL but I would love to hear if anyone has heard about UCL engineering recently!

Employability will be fine from UCL, for mechanical engineering UCL isn’t one of the strongest in terms or research/facilities/employer connections that said it has an overall excellent reputation and Ive no doubt a UCL grad who puts effort into chasing their career opportunities will be absolutely fine.
University rankings are silly really, nice accolade but fairly meaningless.

I’m from Ireland. So my predicted grades were H1,H1,H1,H1,H1,H1. Which I think equates to 3/4A*
