AQA Computer science a level - Paper 1 HELP URGENT

AQA A-Level Computer Science Paper 1 is by far the hardest part of the course, and I feel like it’s the biggest obstacle stopping me from getting an A. The coding aspect, algorithm tracing, and problem-solving under timed conditions make it extremely difficult. I also find the skeleton code confusing and don’t know the best way to study it effectively. With exams approaching fast, what’s the best way to prepare for Paper 1 to ensure I do well? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Regarding the skeleton code zigzag has quite good resources for all the programming languages AQA recognises, it explains each procedure in detail and gives possible questions they might ask, but it's quite expensive (https://zigzageducation.co.uk/keywords/skeleton-code).
There's also a wiki book where people put predictions as to what might come up in the exam (https://en.m.wikibooks.org/wiki/A-level_Computing/AQA/Paper_1/Skeleton_program/2025)
The other stuff is mainly theory and practice coding solutions to different problems, you could look at past papers.
Physics and Maths tutor also has decent resources for the theory.

Appreciate this a lot- didn’t know about the wiki book so that’s really helpful. Skeleton code has been stressing me out so this does help a lot, I also do need more practice on my coding skills 100%.. thank you 🙏

She says that everyone will run out of tine, and that focus should be placed on the most confident sections. Pretty solid advice.
