student finance sponsor not working?

Got an email and logged into my sic - and I had an approval letter approving my maintenance and tuition loans.
But it still says its awaiting my mother's details.
But my parents say they have done them.
Before, it said 'Awaiting sponsor 2 details' - Now it says 'Awaiting [her actual name] details, so they must have gotten some form of information?
Should I do anything? Student finance seems a pain to contact. pls help guys

I would expect that it has not been processed as of yet. You can contact us to check this. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’.
