Chemistry or Psychology degree at university?

Hi, I’m a year 12 student currently studying Chemistry, Psychology and History. I’m conflicted on which one to study at uni. Any opinions based on job prospects after uni and overall enjoyability etc..?

What would you say are the pros and cons of each?

Go to some Unis Open Days that will be happening in the next few months, and listen to the subject/course presentations for both. This is the really the only way to wor kout if the subject is what you thought it would be about and if it actually interests you enough to study it for 3 or 4 years.

Hi there,

As some have suggested above go to some Open Days at universities that offer these subjects. Also consider universities that do combined honours degrees so you can do both! For example, we offer a Psychology and History combined degree.

You want to make sure you will enjoy the subject/ uni instead of just going for the course that will be 'better' for job prospects after.

I hope this helps!

Interesting spelling.
Plus a rather wild assumption.
