Lost A-Level Motivation...

How do I get it back? I have A-Levels very soon, and I had so much motivation from December to February, where I was revising every single day. Though ever since the start of February, I haven't revised at all or had the motivation and I genuinely can't force myself to do it even if I want to. Help.

We've all been there, it's more likely burn out if you were revising hard every single day. You need to take a break and probably not in the way you have been doing (tiktok, watching tv, ect doesn't give you a break). Get bored enough that revising will become easier. Also, don't let this go on for too long because the later you leave it, the harder it is to get back into the rhythm.

Hey @theminer333tm I just wanted to check in and see how you've been doing with your revision these past three weeks? Did you get back the motivation you had a few months back? It's so normal to have highs and lows with motivation and productivity. I think just remind yourself why you're putting in the effort, keep taking regular breaks so you don't experience burn out, look after your mental health and well-being during revision periods (getting enough sleep, eating well, keeping in touch with loved ones etc). I always found having something to look forward to after exam period really kept me on track and motivated! It was like a reward. I keep on revising and putting in the hard work, then it'll all be worth it afterwards and I can relax and feel really proud of myself for trying my best.

I hope it's going well, and I wish you the very best of luck with your exams!
