I also do chem and bio and I would say for bio definitely try blurting to see where the gaps in knowledge are. Then from there, go over your weakest topics and then start exam questions. This helped me go from a C to an A in two months. For chemistry, I would recommend really focusing on mechanisms and high yield topics such as transition metals, electrode potentials, acids and bases, etc as these are almost guaranteed to be in the exams.
