She's playing things cool just now and refuses to make a decision but she will go to the offer day on 23rd April and has still another uni offer day to go to as well, I guess there is no mad rush. I have seen that ECA are generally quite late to decide in comparison to other unis too. Good luck and what have you applied for?

Uk student I applied to ba fine art, I’ve got a couple other offers but I really love Edinburgh because of the city!

Wishing an offer your way! Where else are you considering out of curiosity? My daughter loved the course at UofWTSD but not the city.... Loved the course at ManMet but it's too close to home and loved Newcastle City but not so much the course.... still waiting to visit Loughborough and of course Edinburgh for offer days.

Im also considering Loughborough, Leeds uni and York St John, loved them all so still going to be a hard choice if I don’t get an Edinburgh offer! I also applied to a foundation year just in case I want to have another go at different unis..

Are you going to the Loughborough offer holder day? Loughborough ranks so highly but was pretty much dismissed by my daughters art foundation tutors in preference for Edinburgh and Swansea College of Art - UWTSD which completely threw me and put her off... too many decisions!

Yes I’m going to the offer day in May, I read I think it’s the third best Fine art course in the uk and I personally love the community vibes from the open day, the studios are so well equipped compared to other I looked at! The only thing is it’s campus which is my main decision at the moment, I guess it’s mainly where you see yourself living at the end of the day

I applied for product design; I haven't heard any news yet.

Did you prefer the facilities to ECA? The workshops at Swansea were the best I have seen ever - I think 12 kilns! That was a big draw for my daughter.

I think the Edinburgh studios were really nice with a good view but I thought the Loughborough facilities were defo better, and you get your own desk from year one which might factor decisions
