UU Adult nursing offers 2025?

Hello does anyone on this forum know how the funding from the DOH works? I am an NI resident and I have my offer from Queen's and waiting to hear back from Ulster but I'm not sure if that means the funding will be provided for my Queen's offer? I applied on UCAS that the DOH will be funding my studies and haven't applied anywhere else for funding? Is there anything else I need to do whilst I wait for UU result - thank you all! ☺️

Hi! I got queens too :smile:

but yes DOH still covers queens too, they tend to put their top applicant offers out before they get the funding and then offer whatever places they have left after they get the funding. Ulster plays it more safe lol

Hi, I got an email yesterday saying that they would be out by the 9th of May at the latest. Got my acceptance to MH nursing and Adult nursing today at about 11:30. Hope everything goes well for you.

I got my offer too - anyone know how lenient they are on the grades? I’m doing 2 a levels for which they want BB and a Btech which they want a merit. I’m on track for a distinction star in my btech but one of the a-levels is only going to be a C (& even that is a push!) do they ever go by points rather than actual grades?

Hi hi, congrats to everyone who's getting offers !! I wanted to ask If anyone has heard anything from the allied health courses as well if you have also applied for those, Its been radio silence for a while. The last thing I heard was that they didn't have numbers confirmed for the course yet. I also emailed them and they said the last day they can offer places is next Tuesday the 13th which is soon lol

Sorry meant from QUB - it was to send in my vaccination history and fill out a form for my medical history & that I would get an appointment for a medical
