I have completed 120 Open University credits in computer science and achieved 35 distinctions in my Computer Science Access course. I want to apply to university this winter, but I will not be able to complete my GCSEs until June next year. Will universites accept my predicted GCSE results?

Yes. Just ensure you add the GCSEs to the Education section of your UCAS application, with a date of June 2026 and a "pending" grade. Your referee will then replace those with a predicted grade for each. If a university is happy to make you an offer, the offer will be conditional on you achieving particular grades in your GCSEs. (Note that in most cases they're only interested in GCSE Maths and/or GCSE English).

Hi, yes Universities will consider your application with predicted GCSE's grades, are these part of the entry requirements for the course you are applying for?

YES.

You just enter them a 'pending qualifications', and ask your referee to enter predicted grades.
Any offer will include the GCSE grades as a condition.
