Comp sci extracurriculars (Yr 12/13)

Hi all, studying computer science and I’m having a hard time finding good extra-curricular activities which will benefit my uni application. I’ll listen to any suggestions (books, projects etc..)
thanks!

For wider reading, maybe have a look at the cambridge & oxford recommended reading for computer science - it's mostly maths books, but maths is an important part of computer science at any uni I think. I've heard you should definitely do personal programming projects. I've also heard of something called Project Euler, where you use code to solve maths problems I believe? Also coding challenges - like Bebras if your school does that?

Disclaimer: I'm only in year 11 so I haven't done most of these things and I don't know how beneficial they are, they're just what I've heard/read about when considering what to do in the future.

You'll want more supercurriculars than extracurriculars.
You've already had some good advice from MA, but just to add:

Loads of people do CS50 but I'd always recommend you do something different.
Take part in competitions: Bebras (I can see you're doing that), Oxford Uni computing challenge and the BIO are perfect to do.
If you're looking to get into software development, then work on side projects as well. Code something you'd enjoy. It doesn't have to be world changing, but it should allow you to practice your skills. You can even put it on Github.

The general things: books, articles, podcasts, videos are also excellent ways to read around the subject.
