Learn direct & observation

Never do a course with learn direct. Enough said. Has anyone else done a course and completed the observation after the assignment completion date? For context, all assignments need to be uploaded by 29th March 25. But they can only get an assessor out to observe me on 27th June 25. Any similar experiences would help. I had contacted my tutor and the exams team about this a week ago and nobody is replied and I need urgent responses.

I am in the same boat with you…I wish I had a way of telling others not to study with them…they are the worst…I am yet to receive a feedback from them concerning my observation…

Hi guys, I regret studying with them so much. I booked observation beforehand as I was pregnant and asked them if I can have it before I finish all my units as my circumstances will change and will be difficult to do it later. they booked it for me and gave me date. On the day I received email with apology and the person cancelled on me. Month later, someone from the exam team emailed me I have no right to have it done till I finish all my units, fair enough, but maybe they could have known sooner? Few months later, they contacted me saying my course is getting redesigned and I will have to enrol onto a new one and do all units again, after weeks of arguing they said to me to stay on the same one as it actually doesnt apply to existing students. After I gave a birth I got back to my studies and the time is my real enemy here right now, when I got myself after working on my units late nights after my baby falls asleep I find out my assignments cannot be submitted and no one is replying my emails and it took my tutor days to reply and still not be able to submit. I am loosing it honestly. I did so many different learning with different providers, but this is the WORST EVER.

My organisation don't allow for the assessor to visit the home. Do learn direct give you another alternative method. ?
