Q5 creative writing - what to include (can you have sexual scenes?)

Hi, I was wondering if you would be allowed to describe sexual encounters in gcse english lang creative writing (q5)?
Whilst I obviously wouldn't put something downright pornographic in my answer, I've been told to write something meaningful which the examiner will remember. I don't really feel comfortable writing about drug use, alcoholism, gore etc. but would innuendos/ sexual ideas be ok?
If not, how else could I write something which will leave an impact on the reader? Honestly I'm a bit stuck on what to include anyway..

Hey, hope I can help. I would generally avoid anything graphic in your creative writing. While it may be meaningful, examiners may find it too much. I got a 9 on my GCSE and I didn't talk about anything explicit. If I had some advice about what to write, I would say write what you love to read. I love fantasy / fiction, so that is what I wrote about. Secondly, do not be constrained by the question - there is always a way to reach the story you want. I know of some people who wrote their creative writing and had it marked before the exam, memorised it and just manipulated the question so that they could use it in the actual exam.
Overall, if your asking whether it's ok to use something, you should assume it isn't.
