Repaying student loans for university 2025 entry
Hey guys,
I just wanted to clarify something which I'm not sure of. I'm planning to start university this year September and I wish to take out a tuition fee loan. If I choose to take out the maintenance loan, do I have to repay back more per month after I reach the threshold salary? I don't want a hefty debt to repay, plus I don't think I would need the maintenance loan as I will be able to afford for those expenses with my own savings

Hi you can repay the Maintenance Loan if you no longer require this and don't need to wait till you're in repayment. Thanks, Jason
