I forgot to cancel my student finance after missing grades.
I missed my grades for the 2024-25 entry and now as I'm reapplying for student finance for 2025-2026 entry I realised I never cancelled it. I never received any payments and never gave my national insurance number or anything, but I was just wondering whether I should 're-apply' through the student finance website or something else. Thanks

Hi there, if you contact us via the live chat in your account we can check on how to cancel 24/25 and apply correctly for 25/26. Thanks, Jason
