AI content in my NEA/ Coursework?

I have just finished my geography NEA, scanned it through several AI detector just now and its coming out at like 25-35% AI?
My writing dont sound AI like, it sounds normal and also I didn't use AI one bit, so this has got me very worried. I sourced like 40 times using footnotes and put it in my bibliography. Parts of my NEA probably does sound like AI but I have referenced where I got the idea/writing from. I am just worried that if the exam board scan it through TurnItin or something it will get flagged.

Ignore AI checkers, they are rubbish, especially if you haven’t used AI.

Free AI detectors have low accuracy, Turnitin, however, is much more accurate - it has a 0.0% false positive rate in all independent studies so far (including studies where they were trying to generate false positives) so if you haven't used AI you've nothing to worry about.
