What qualification(s) are we talking about? An Access to HE Diploma? A BTEC Extended Diploma? Something else?

Thanks. An Access to HE Diploma contains 60 credits, of which 45 are graded as Pass, Merit or Distinction. Those 45 credits are broken into units which are worth 3, 6 or 9 credits each. Unfortunately, if they've asked for "all distinctions" then getting a Pass in one of your units will mean you can't meet those requirements. They may opt to confirm your place anyway, but they're not obliged to do so. How are you doing on the other units?
