Sorry to hear you can't get in touch with your project supervisor. I would advise you to reach out to your course leader or someone from the teaching team to raise your concerns.
Alternatively, you could get in touch with your student advice team. You may be eligible to apply for mitigating circumstances to get an extension on your work due to your circumstances.
