EU24N Application for 2025/26 - Questions Regarding Eligibility and Availability

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions regarding the EU24N form for the 2025/26 academic year and the application process.

The EU24N form seems to be unavailable at the moment, and I would like to know when it will be possible to apply. I understand that the application for student finance is already open, but the form itself has not been released yet. Can anyone provide more information on when it will be available?

I am 20 years old, have Pre-Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme, and currently live with my parents in London, where I plan to attend university. Since I live with my parents, I do not need additional funding for maintenance. I have all the necessary documents, such as my National Insurance number, and I have lived in the UK and the EEA (Italy) for the past three years. Am I eligible to apply for student finance, specifically for the tuition fee loan?

I would appreciate any guidance or information from anyone who has gone through a similar process.

Thank you!

Hi there, the EU25 (25/26 academic year) for is still awaiting for release. This is due to be releases this month at some point. EU nationals with Pre-Settled status will be able to apply for Tuition Fee Loan support, however they must:

Be ordinarily resident in the UK, Gibraltar, EEA and Switzerland for the 3 year period prior to the first day of the first academic year of their course.

EU students are not eligible for Disabled Students Allowance.

Thanks, Stephen.
