How competitive do you think it is for my people that ended up getting to the final stage this year. They said theirs 10 positions available when applying but listed at least more than 10 locations. I also remember seeing quite a few interview slots(at least 20), so do you guys think it’s going to be a competion amongst those 20 or so people or are those 20 for the location you’ve applied for

I doubt there will be 20 applicants for each location! Fingers crossed the competition isn’t too high.

Do you know how the final stage interview works, is it just a presentation?

It’s a presentation with questions for 5 mins. Then 45 mins of strength and competency based questions. Icl I’m low-key dreading the interview, especially any technical questions. All the info is in the job advert btw, don’t quote me I’m not certain!

Have any of you guys gotten interview scores yet? I passed the interview but they said they'll give the positions to people with the highest scores i believe

Yh said I passed. But looking at previous years don't think my score is high enough

What do you think the minimum score would be to pass, and if you don't mind me asking what did you get

I think minimum score is U have to get 4 in each category so in total 16. I got 18. Saw from previous years ppl getting 22 and not getting in. So it just depends how everyone did. What did U get?

Keep your head up bro I saw last years thread and it seemed like there were more people that passed the interview, regardless of scores it'd make sense if some people didn't pass the interview at all. If anything they may just give you a different location if your preferred one is taken. But nothing's guaranteed for me too i guess since the total was 28 if the other people that passed scored higher then I'm in the same position, but i got 23.
