Make sure that you check your junk mail / spam folders regularly.
The automated email systems that Unis use often means that their emails get filtered away from your inbox as potential junk. These could include important requests from your Unis for additional information or documents - or emails about Offer Holder visit days, applying for accommodation, scholarships etc etc.
