Loughborough university

I withdrew within 4 weeks so I do not have to pay student loans, but Loughborough university has not refunded the payment back to sfe so I still see the balance in my account.

I am contacting Loughborough university email but they take so long to reply and they don't even solve the problem. Can someone please help.

The Student records and operations team within the academic registry has a lot of things to do. Emails can take weeks to receive some sort of response.
