Apparently late April early may 🙈 the wait is so nerve wrecking!

Hopefully we all hear back soon with good news 😬

No way - that late? Did you ask them?

Reply 7

I had asked and they said to me late April or start of May. Interview scores were submitted to their statistician shortly after interviews stopped on 31st March - this is the case for Ulster anyway

I’m just going by what Queen’s had said on the website about how the process works. Apparently Ulster let people know before queen’s. I’ve applied for both 🙏 I’m thinking it’s going to be either next week or if not after Easter 😭

That's what I've been thinking too! How did you’s find you did for the interview??

I thought if it was bad news we’d have heard already but now I’m thinking it’s all at once. Honestly no idea, I came out happy but at the same time second guessing myself if I said enough and made sense in what I was saying 🙈 and the way it says the scores are ranked looks really scary! Mine was at queens, have you just applied for Ulster? How did you do?

Yeah I had questioned this, and I was told that everyone finds out usually around the se time. I am totally the same, I keep second guessing myself. I just applied for Ulster, due to their entry requirements about GCSE Maths, otherwise I would have applied for Queens too. I was also told that there is a total of 40 scores, with 16 being the threshold but they take the top 40 scores and offer them places.
We should make a Whatsapp group to keep in touch for any updates etc! I'm glad I'm not the only one panicking lol

Points, not scores*

Does that mean out of the 4 questions we were asked we had to score 16 points to pass? It really is confusing, you could do really well on 1 question and not as good on the other 😬 going by this forum in previous years people have found out after Easter and it’s early this year so I’d hope we’ve heard by the end of Easter week 🙏

Yes, essentially we have to get 16 or more ojr of 40. However, it was explained to me that say for example you score 25 overall but then there maybe is 40 other people who have scored higher than you.

Reply 14

And is there only 40 places? Or have I took that wrong 😂oh I’m so nervous now!

Reply 15

For the 2 year route, but there is more spaces for the 3 year but not sure how many!

Reply 16

Ah I see! I’ve just applied for the 3 year route 🙏

Reply 17

I've applied for both, just incase 😅
