I haven't TOUCHED market structures, am planning to do so tmrw. Oligopoly's kinked demand curve is atrocious. I don't even know what externalities are. I was such a bad student in yr12 n cuz I failed to study then, I'm not relearning yr1 content but learning it first time 💀

Financial markets n quantative easing are horribleee, amd yhhh yr12 macro isn't too bad. I feel like everything in macro is safe if you mention AD. I'm most scared for paper 3 cuz I hate the data Qs and multiple choice

dont forget to revise over exchange rates y13 content aka floating vs fixed exchange rates...its long to wrap your head around. data questions is where u can easily pick up marks, the 10 marker is hard cos you need a limitation of the actual data point but using covid as excuse for any data from 2020-2021 is good

Ok thx I defo will revise exchange rates. I’m kind of silly for wanting to finish micro rev first over starting macro. Thank you for your advice cuz I feel much better abt data questions now and OMDS Covid how did I not think of that 😂

Honestly so scared, I have barely started revising for the a levels and I’m doing econ, history and English lit - currently getting ABD in them but I need BBB to go to my dream uni. Idk why I’m so stressed and nervous but I have barely any time to do any work as I’m focusing on my NEAs tbh :/

Aww that’s a shame, hopefully keep working hard at it and eventually you’ll get your dream grade. I can rlly speak from experience (I went from an E to an A) so trust meee hard work always pays off

To be honest I love the crime texts, hamlet and atonement are my favourites but I actually don’t like ROTAM as much!! Idk why but I find it so hard to write with ROTAM, while novels are so much easier to understand for me. Way too much analysis I think lol :P

Honestly Othello is a good Shakespeare play but I’ve been studying it for too long now - the same with Keats poetry (I’ve been studying it since secondary)

English lit is my least fave subject, I took it because I loved it at the start but the current teacher has made me almost fail it (currently getting Ds somehow even tho at the start of year12 I had Bs) so I find it so tricky to revise and motivate myself for :/

I’ve always wanted to read hamlet!! I love atonement, the novel and the movie, but it’s really hard for me to get my head around it narrative-wise since briony tricks us etc. I don’t think I see myself doing a section B on it. It is a really beautiful story and I feel so bad for R and C even if they are just fictional!!

The book is massive tho so i fear I’d have trouble finding good quotes out of it, on the other hand, mariner is super short so that’s quite handy

I’ve never studied keats before but I’d have to say his poetry is most difficult part of the course imo. I’m banking on La belle dame cuz it’s so short 😭

And ahhhh I’m the opposite!! I used to hate English lit at the beginning of the course but I’ve rlly grown to love it, especially crime. I used to get Ds in the beginning but I’ve improved, around Bs with revision. I’d recommended rlly knowing the plot and using mark schemes to help you
