yeah i’ve heard lit has such bad grade boundaries. I do AQA too i find it a nice subject tbh but it’s just soooo much to remember and the exams are so hard in times conditions. I hate criminal though😭😭

Ik! It's 85% for an A* in Lit, at least the material is interesting. Law is okay, I think Tort is definitely the easiest paper, we actually did a mock on it today. Do you do the contract paper or the European courts for paper 3?

I do the contact and i love it!!! i find that the easiest tbh. I feel so bad for you though bc of the lit grade boundaries it must be so stressful but dw you got this!

I think the contract one is okay, we've done it at the start of the year so it's still a little too fresh for me to know it all that well. Sometimes the scenario isn't that clear to me. I know criminal and tort inside out by this point so I should probably focus on contract.
I hope lit boundaries at least stay the same this year, I'm working at a high A, with a stretch I can get to an A*. It'll be fine.

i hope everything goes well for you! we did contract at the start too but i feel like it’s the easiest the write about. criminal is defo the hardest we did it last year so i’ve forgotten everything 😭

That's interesting actually, I haven't heard of anyone liking writing contract yet. According to my teacher the students in the sixth form usually do best on the contract paper, not sure what I think of that. I think the way that I've been taught the content really helped me understand criminal, it might be my favourite for application, I just don't like that causation goes almost everywhere.
