Student finance application bug

Hi, so I cancelled my first student finance application and started again because I made a mistake but I'm not sure if my mum is now supporting this one instead of the old one I cancelled because it doesn't show among my list of actions completed. In fact, having them support the application isn't on the list of things to complete at all. When I re-did the email link to confirm that my parent wanted to support my new application with their financial details it said that they already provided those details but on my account it said that this action wasn't completed. But now on my parents account she is apparently supporting my application but it still doesn't show on my account. In fact, it doesn't even say that anyone needs to support my application. So I'm confused as to whether or not my mum is supporting the new application or if their is a bug where she's still supporting the old one somehow?

Can you please ask your Mum to login to her own account and click 'support a student's application', does that allow her to link to your new application?

Hi, since making this post my application has gotten approved for the maximum maintanence and tuition loan. So I think my mum was actually supporting this new application.
