Transferring Degree and Filling out UCAS Application.

Hi,

I am currently studying my first year of a textiles degree where I was a direct entry into second year as it is a Scottish university, but due to changes in the facilities I am considering doing a transfer to a different university with better facilities for the discipline I want to specialise in. I have already talked to the uni about if it would be possible to do a transfer into second year there and they said that should be fine but I would have to fill out a UCAS application. However, on my UCAS application I have filled out my education from school to college, but am struggling to figure out what to put in for my current course. How will the university know that I did not complete the course and how do I fill it out without entering a grade. I was also wondering is the Awarding Organisation just the university that the degree was done in?

Hope someone can help.

Hello.

The Transfer FAQ should help.
What you'd need is add "UK (Other)" as a qualification and then fill out the details. The name should be "First year of B/Mxx (e.g. BSc/MA or whatever) Texitles".

Then put all of the modules you'll be doing/have done and their scores/pending.
Awarding Organisation will be the university, yes.
