Does LSE/oxbridge/imperial/UCL look at IGCSEs and if so are my grades good enough?

I'm an international student these were my igcse grades: 9999998886
I got a 6 in international maths (only math my school offered) but i am doing my best to get a 7 in IB Math AI HL
I am looking into applying to these colleges. Are my igcses going to have great influence? or does IB trump them?

Have you look at the entry requirements section for your course on uni websites? The GCSE requirements stated are mandatory.

Yes! I meet the minimum requirements but i am guessing that for these types of unis that is barely enough
