uploading supporting documents - UoY

hi, im having trouble uploading my Alevel certificates to the You@York site and was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue/ knew what I was doing wrong. I emailed their help team about a week ago but i've had no response and I just want to get them sent through so I can accept the offer.
basically, on the website there's a button to choose your file to upload, then you are supposed to click to "upload" and then click to save and continue. but when I go to click to upload the documents, the entire page reloads and essentially removes my file before I can save, and then tells me I need to upload at least one document to continue???
I just wanted to know if im being obviously dense ant something, ive tried this on a laptop and phone with the same response, and the documents are jpgs which it says it accepts so... do you think I jus need to wait for a response or....
