Alevel biology whether to go in depth or no

Hi guys I’m doing Alevel biology OCR and is currently in year 1. I wasn’t sure when to go specific over the terms and when to go brief. My teacher told me to look at the points a question is worth to decide whether to go in depth and look for command words (describe explain) but i still find it very challenging as some 1 mark question in the test may somehow go in depth. I have my trial exams next month and I’m very anxious as i desperately want an A/A* and i kept on getting Bs

Study Forum Helper

Do past paper questions and write a note from the ms to see what you needed to write, hopefully you’ll eventually get an idea of how much to write and how in depth to go 🙂
