Worried about accommodation at UCL/King's College

So I have received all my offers and I'm thinking of choosing LSE as my firm and UCL or King's as my insurance.

Issue is I am worried I won't meet my LSE offer and will have to apply for accommodation at UCL or King's in August, and I don't know how hard it is to get accommodation at that point. Will they still have housing available or will I struggle to find a place to stay??? Does anyone have/ know of any experiences of someone applying for accommodation at these universities in August??

For some context I live in Spain right now

Thanks

Undergraduate students are eligible for a prioritised place in UCL Accommodation if they meet all the following:

are a full-time student

are in their first year at UCL or are attending UCL for a full academic year on Junior Year Abroad (JYA) Erasmus, or Exchange programmes

apply for a single room (we have very limited couples and family accommodation)

have not previously lived or studied in Greater London at a Higher Education Institution (University). If you went to secondary school in London or if your home address is in London, you still meet the eligibility criteria

list UCL as their firm choice by 10 June

submit their UCL Accommodation application (separate to application to study) by 10 June

Entirely up to you to consider whether you will accomplish your LSE offer or not. By June I would guess the only options would be the expensive ones.

Don't worry. Even if the on-campus KCL/UCL halls are not available in August, you can still find suitable KCL or UCL accommodation options in August on uhomes.com, as cheap as dorms, close to the campus.

Hello to Spain, I am also going to King´s or UCL, haven´t decided yet, and I chose this accomodation:
https://www.yourtribe.com/buildings/south-bermondsey/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb
I visited it personally and rooms are very nice and clean, great common areas, terrace... I loved it and booked, because it is intercollegiate, so no matter what uni I choose, I can stay there. I also have to wait for my grades...By the way, I am an Austrian student.
