Yah i've been looking at places and I feel like the student accom. is really expensive for what you get. There are some really nice house / flat shares for cheaper that I would much rather go for 🙂. It gets significantly cheaper the more people you share with but even living alone I think it's still a better fit for me personally.

omg so valid, some of the accom is insanely expensive. i went to newcastle yesterday and i thought jesmond road west was pretty nice considering its the cheapest one so maybe thinking that. just gonna see how it goes when accom opens, but yeah there are so many decent houses/ flats out there

My offer got changed to unconditional on UCAS this week even though I haven't received anything regarding the DBS / occupational health questionnaire.

Only uploaded the degree documents.

Not sure when we should expect to receive DBS / Occupational health questionnaire...

Yes I would be interested in a house share in Jesmond, seems like a much better option than the accommodation through the uni!!

I would also potentially be keen. Have firmed Newcastle, but waiting on my current degree results next week before I'll know for certain if I'll meet me conditions.
