NINE DTP 2025 info

hellooo! noticed that there's no post about NINE 2025 and wanted to create a little solidarity & good luck corner here :smile:

I'm also quite curious about the "success rate" from previous years if anyone's got a clue, just some statistical things to ponder while waiting (albeit self-torturing)!

Fingers crossed! I got my uni offer earlier today which gave me quite a heart attack, but nothing from the DTP yet. Hopefully we will hear from them soon!

I’m waiting an outcome, I’m assuming tomorrow since the committee should finalize nominations today. BEST of luck - safe to say anxiety through the rooof

Thanks! The committee's supposed to meet yesterday and judging by last year's post (thank you for that haha) it will probably take some days. That said the wait still feels painful agh

The wait is absolutely awful. I think it should be by the end of this week as per previous years. Fingers crossed. I really wanna go back to Durham for a PhD haha!

I just got an email from uni that there are NINEdtp interviews this week? Any idea what this means anyone, as I thought NINE doesn’t involve an interview?

I am so grateful for this post!! I have been marinating in anxiety and self-doubt for a while...just reassuring for my sanity to know that we are all in the same boat lol. I really hope the decisions are released soon - I'd rather KNOW the outcome asap (whatever it is), than be stuck in a limbo.
