Student finance

My parents have filled out their supporting student forms, it still says they need to provide income details but are unable to do so, will this change on its own after hmrc check their details or do they have to do something, I plan on calling student finance and asking on Monday when they open again?

Hi Morgan, you mentioned they filled out the forms? Was this the PFF2 form and then was it digitally uploaded onto your account? Thanks, Jason

No just the main part of the supporting application, it has changed to confirmed now just awaiting hmrc to check details, thank you says no more actions to complete do I’m assuming this is all there is to do for now
