Change of circumstances

I am on my 3rd/4 year of university and my girlfriend is on her last year. We are both living at home currently but will be living together in May. This means that we would like to change our applications and therefore get additional maintenance loan. What's the best way to do this and will there be any issues as our final payments are scheduled to come before the move?

Hi there,

If you are under 25 we would still use your parent(s) details, even if you don't live with them or dependant on them.

You can amend your living location though to 'living away from home' if you originally put 'parents home' - this can be done by clicking on manage your student finance application and then following the steps to changing 'living location' for this to be amended. Thanks, Jason
