Should I cut off tv during my GCSEs?

Debating whether I should start a new Netflix show so I can watch when I’m not revising
I don’t want it to become a distraction tho
I’ve cut down on everything else but feel like a need something to relax to when I’m taking a break or done with revision for the day

I feel like if you’ve cut off other socials like TikTok, then starting a new show isn’t too bad. As long as it’s not distracting you and you don’t try to cram too many episodes in a day

yeah it’ll probably be before I go to sleep I’ll watch an episode at like 9 ish when I’m done with revision

so long as the show isn't taking over your life i don't see that as a problem! life is going to get really boring if all you do is revise and never relax, and it will probably make you less productive. maybe decide how many hours you want to revise a day, and then how many hours/episodes of the show you can afford to watch based on that, and limit yourself to it. the main thing is to avoid getting addicted and binge-watching. if you feel like that's likely, maybe dont take the risk! but if you know you're quite strict with yourself then i would say it's not a problem
