I’m taking a rest day today since I don’t have exams until after holidays thank god. I have a Q, do you guys feel guilty when taking a whole day off from revising after an exam??

Yes I used to feel guilty about taking breaks, not but so much anymore. Exams are very mentally draining so it's important to take a break- there's no point studying if the information won't go in your brain due to feeling burnt out from the exam. So taking a break would be a more productive use of time than revising as it will allow you to feel more refreshed and motivated to study the next day. This is how I like to think of it

Good luck with your upcoming exams :crossedf:

Year 13s at my 6th Form go in for lessons which they still have exams for. E.G. Geography students don't have any exams left anymore so they don't need to attend Geography.

Oh interesting  I assume it's to revise in lesson time?
